∎ Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Import Capital Machineries/Spare Parts/Pharmaceuticals Raw & Packing Materials.
∎ Manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, LC Opening, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers &
∎ sellers, payment realization, release etc.) through overseas phone & email.
∎ Monitor import, opening of L/C, Liaison with Foreign supplier/Buyer, Local Indenter, VAT, Custom & Group of Companies work
∎ order etc.
∎ Search for the new and alternative supply and ensure timely delivery of the requested materials.
∎ Update Vendor database as regular basis.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers & service providers.
∎ Prepare work/purchase order, contracts and agreements in a professional manner.
∎ Establish strong rapport with the Suppliers, Accounts & Finance, Engineering & Construction and other related departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year (s) experience in Pharmaceuticals industry will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Well conversant on documentation of commercial import.
∎ Skilled to prepare necessary statements & reports as per management's requirement.
∎ Knowledge regarding H.S. Codes, Customs SRO, Custom Exercise & Duty Structure.
∎ Candidate should have well proficiency in computer literacy (MS word, Excel, internet).
∎ Excellent communication skill.
