∎ Manage the overall operations of the warehouse including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatching of electronic goods.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (ERP).
∎ Supervise warehouse staff and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of daily activities.
∎ Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components to prevent damage.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to meet inventory demands.
∎ Implement and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
∎ Prepare regular reports on stock levels, damaged items, and order fulfillment rates.
∎ Optimize space utilization and recommend improvements for workflow and layout.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.

∎ Job Summary:
