Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
∎ Selling hotel’s share over the phone and meet assigned revenue target given by the organization.
∎ Explaining the share’s detail’s to the new customers.
∎ Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to purchase shares.
∎ Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.
∎ Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
∎ Providing the right customer experience.
