∎ The candidate should have experience in RMG specially in garments accessories supply chain.
∎ The candidate should have experience in RMG specially in garments accessories supply chain.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyzing the requirement of the received Purchase Requisition.
∎ Checking for nomination status of the required accessories by merchandising team, and collecting proofs of nomination.
∎ Sourcing for the items to as per quality standard of the buyer and arranging samples on time.
∎ Collection of quotation and getting approval of the sample.
∎ Preparation of Comparative Statement.
∎ Preparation of Purchase Order and placing the order to supplier with required delivery schedule.
∎ Follow up with commercial department to ensure on time documentation to meet the delivery date.
∎ Coordination with QAD department for any quality claim.
∎ Follow up with MCD department for completion on time GRN to release the payment of the supplier.
∎ Maintaining on time bill preparation.
∎ Maintaining proper supplier evaluation process.
∎ Visiting supplier site.
