∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have good understanding of Supply Chain Management process.
∎ Sound knowledge of using MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
∎ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the procurement process for the Dyeing and Washing Department, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of essential dyes and chemicals.
∎ Analyze purchase requisitions, assessing demand and viability before initiating procurement activities.
∎ Collaborate closely with Research and Development teams to formulate cost effective recipes, resulting in reduced production expenses.
∎ Oversee all aspects of sustainable chemical procurement, contributing to the Pacific Jeans Groups commitment to responsible and ecofriendly practices.
∎ Follow Company SOP.
∎ Record all reports like supply chain register and product quality report etc.
∎ Monitor supplier approval process and maintain performance records.
∎ Review MRP daily. Work with Scheduling Foreman to ensure materials arrive in time to meet production demand and production schedule.
