∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have good understanding of Supply Chain Management process.
∎ Sound knowledge of using MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
∎ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To send requirements to suppliers after getting approved requisition.
∎ To collect Quotations from suppliers and negotiate price/terms/condition about requirements.
∎ To Prepare Comparative Statement and submit it for management approval.
∎ To award PO/WO to the selected suppliers.
∎ To communicate with supplier regarding delivery of the products.
∎ Communicate with user and MCD regarding the product quality.
∎ To Collect and process all kinds of Bills and GRN for various suppliers and ensuring timely payment.
∎ To Support and co-ordinate with various departments particularly with Audit & Accounts with ease.
∎ To settle all advance taken against order within committed time.
∎ To maintain all documents follow up as per departmental SOP.
∎ To implement new or improved supply chain process.
∎ To carry out any other work assign by department.
