Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting or any department.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining daily receive and the issue of materials (Flexible-Printing industry).
∎ Prepare monthly stock reports and ensure the minimum level of stock positions regularly.
∎ To raise purchase orders for materials.
∎ Should be technically strong/experience in store-related activities.
∎ Record keeping and assist management by given accurate information on the stock and in/out.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all arrived goods at the store.
∎ Distribute store materials as per requisition.
∎ Keep proper records of received stores and keep track of surplus stores/materials.
∎ Generate reports on a daily and monthly basis.
∎ Responsible to arrange Monthly Physical Inventory & submit to the Management in Time
∎ Maintain stores as per legal and compliance requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel & Knowledge about ERP Software.
∎ The applicants should have practical experience in store department.
