Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; Follow up on work results.
∎ Develop store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
∎ Training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
∎ Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
∎ Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build Career paths.
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
∎ Prepare periodical budget, schedule expenditure; analyze variance; initiate corrective action.
∎ Ensure availability of merchandise and service by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
∎ Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulations.
∎ Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
∎ Secure merchandise by implementing security systems & measures.
∎ Maintain the stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Manage stock levels & make key decisions about stock control.
∎ Analyze & interpret trends to facilitate sales planning.
∎ Perform with full of dedication & confidence.
∎ Easily adaptable to the new work environment. Being friendly, going the extra mile & working in a team is necessary for the environment.
∎ Can work and cooperate with top management.
