Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to Master's Degree Holder in English or any other discipline.
∎ Skills Required: International Freight Forwarding activities.
∎ Good command in English both speaking & writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to handle all sea Freight operations
∎ Communicate with Overseas Agent, Shipping Agent & Suppliers.
∎ Have to capable Overseas & Local sales & Marketing
∎ Communicate with the customers independently
∎ Placing booking to Shipping Lines
∎ Follow up Pre-alert after receiving from Shipping Lines and advise to agent
∎ Submit SI to Shipping Line
∎ Submit EGM & IGM into the Asycuda world
∎ Obtain Documents from Airline/ Shipping line
∎ Check EGM & IGM amendment from Customs Authority if Needed
∎ Capable to prepare debit notes to foreign agent as well as local invoices to shippers
∎ Overseas payment settlement
∎ Vessel follow up with the carrier
∎ Develop relationship with the consignee
∎ Explore new business from the consignee
∎ Co-ordinate with respective team
∎ Good Communications, Strong Leadership & Negotiation skill

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Freight Forwarding Company
∎ At least 5 years experience to work with a International Freight Forwarding & Logistics Company.
∎ Whose who have the experience in Freight Forwarding Company only they are eligible to apply.
∎ Who have no experience in International Freight Forwarding company no need to apply for this post.
