Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stability study of finished products through work distribution, testing and monitoring of analysis.
∎ prepare stability protocol, program, schedule, data sheet and test method.
∎ Handling of Out of Specification (OOS)/ Out of Trend (OOT), LIR and Deviation related to Stability Study/ QC.
∎ Monitor and ensure calibration of Stability/QC instruments, regular cleanliness and maintenance of them as per predefined schedule.
∎ Prepare year planner, monthly schedule and stability report on time.
∎ Provide training to all laboratories employees to enhance job skill and efficiency.
∎ Perform any other QC related assignment as per requirement of the department head.
