Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / BSC in Civil / Architect, Interior Architect, or Bachelor in Fine Arts.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Design/Printing/Publishing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Furniture Range Design.
∎ 3D Designing & Visualization.
∎ To prepare BOM / BOQ within a short time and send to concern personnel after getting approval of sample product for Batch production
∎ Must be ensuring of operation Plan, Boring Plan, Kit Packet list, Component list, Packet size etc. before Start Batch production.
∎ To ensure Cutting Plan before launching any product for batch production.
∎ Project development and site co-ordination.
∎ Supervision of various projects.
∎ Day to day coordination among various groups (Production, Sales etc.).
∎ To preserve a document of all approved Product, customized/Project work.
∎ Others- as per business requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of raw materials which used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Basic knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques on product development.
∎ Highly skilled in 3D Studio Max with V-Ray rendering, Auto Cad, Google Sketch-up, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and MS Application Suit.
∎ Expert in V-Ray rendering with photo-realistic output both for interior & exterior projects presentation.
∎ Fast in solving problems.
∎ Fast in generating designs and 3Ds.
∎ Need to visit Customer Point, Project Site from time to time (inside/outside of Dhaka).
∎ Need to work at both the Corporate Office and the Factory Office as per business need.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 26000 (Monthly)
