We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sr. Executive, Operations, Formosa Logistics site office at 1398, Telirchala, Kaliakair, Mouchak, Gazipur-1750

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, depot, transportation and customer services
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
∎ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
∎ Plan routes and process shipments export & import
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints
∎ Supervise, coach and train logistics workforce
∎ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
∎ Source covered van, lorry or heavy equipment lifter from outside to meet the customer requirement
∎ Keep liaison with law and enforcement agencies to keep operation smooth
∎ Daily sales report prepare and share with the management on mandatory basis
∎ Work for credit recovery as per mutual understanding with the clients
∎ Check monthly attendance and salary sheet for drivers
∎ Prepare roaster for drivers and staffs and maintain their leave records
∎ Prepare contract or MOU for client to avoid misunderstanding between both parties lessee and lessor
∎ Maintain vehicle repair maintenance schedule
∎ Prepare and manage drivers and staffs tour bill and vouchers
∎ Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
∎ Comply with laws, regulations
∎ Prepare accurate reports for upper management
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in Advance Excel & PPT
∎ The candidate having five year practical experience in any logistics company

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive package depending on the credential of individual
