Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor (Hon's) / Masters' degree, preferably in Economics/Japanese Studies/English/Social Welfare from an accredited university; or comparable professional degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting of Official letters, Report Writing, and emails receive & deliver to different offices.
∎ Ensure and maintain office documentation.
∎ Assist in organizing Board Meetings of JBCCI and drafting Meeting Minutes.
∎ Assist Management in organizing programs and preparing documents as per their instructions.
∎ Liaison with Member Companies & services to the Members.
∎ Support other Office work as per instructed by the Officials.
∎ Other activities when instructed by the Executive Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 1-2 years of management/executive level experience in a business-related field
∎ Previous Chamber management experience preferred.
∎ Fluency in Japanese is a plus.
∎ Outstanding Computer operation and presentation skills
∎ Proficient in written communication skills in English
∎ Strong ability to foster teamwork and collaboration between/among Board members, staff, Chamber members, community leaders, elected officials, and strategic committees and organizations.
∎ Passion for collaboration and networking
∎ Commitment to the best business practices for the Chamber
