Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced transportation manager & Executive to be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our company`s transportation-related activities.
∎ We are looking for Jr. Executive, Spare Parts Sales, Store & Inventory Management.
∎ If you are passionate about Transport & Automobiles and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various Transport & Automobiles function.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles.
∎ Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
∎ Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
∎ Attend Auto service complains and ensure perfect servicing of vehicle.
∎ Cost minimization strategy applies in running vehicle.
∎ Handling drivers.
∎ Ensure Timely availability of Transport.
∎ Supervise & check logbooks, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance of all the vehicles.
∎ Create awareness among the drivers about road safety and security, change of concerning laws/traffic rules, etc. as and when required.
∎ Prepare and present the report on the fuel consumption/maintenance costs, accident report for management us.
∎ Maintain VTS and prepare tracking report & others.
