Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Monitoring booking & customers at export shipment for both freight forwarders/bco account.
∎ 2. Acceptance and confirm space of export booking on different vessels as requested by ship or freight forwarders.
∎ 3. Monitoring cargo receiving & stuffing status accordingly.
∎ 4. To follow up Apollo system activities in Unifgeder Documents.
∎ 5. Apollo/Odessey system work.
∎ 6. Correspond with main principle
∎ 7. M/BL surrender/Release from different carrier for freight forwarding shipments.
∎ 8. Resolve B/L related complexity and service problems like correction, amendment, on board date, port of loading, port of destination by clarifying with customer’s complaint
∎ 9. Any other job as assigned by DH/CA.
