∎ Should have excellent skills in Microsoft excel and power point for reporting;
∎ Have positive mentality to adapt in any environment;
∎ The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them efficiently;
∎ Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To collaborate with HR process owners to review the maintenance of required documentation internal control practices;
∎ To manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment;
∎ To implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;
∎ To manage and follow up the waste management in the hospital;
∎ To keep JD record of each management employee and ensure it is being preserved accordingly;
∎ To identify training needs, coordinating employee training programs, and facilitating career development;
∎ To ensure workplace safety and security protocols are in place and followed;
∎ To promote employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities;
∎ To ensure personal files are being updated & maintained properly with prescribed documents as per SOP;
∎ To ensure of processing Job confirmation letter, Promotion letter and update Job confirmation, Promotion, Increment, Resigning, and Final settlement files of management and non-management Employees;
∎ Assist department head in various tasks and projects as needed.
