Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Ability to Perform any other VAT and tax-related tasks Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Tax & VAT function. Candidates with CA-CC will get preference. Candidates with relevant Tax & VAT trainings or certifications will get preference. Visit tax and VAT offices and maintain regular communication with authorities to address queries and ensure timely compliance. Prepare, organize, and submit all necessary documents and evidential support for tax and VAT queries, audits, assessments. etc. Record and calculate daily, weekly, and monthly expenses of each section Ensure proper accounting of hire purchase sales, down payments, installments, interest income and outstanding balances. Prepare payment schedules, issue invoices/receipts, track due payments and follow up Accurately calculate finance charges, recognize income over time and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Analyze financial profit or loss. Maintain individual customer ledgers, reconcile balances and update payment status regularly. Assist in credit assessment, monitor defaults and coordinate with recovery teams to minimize bad debts. Handle receipts, deposits, bank reconciliation and ensure timely fund utilization. Assist management with financial insights and reports when required.
