Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates with degree on Automobile Engineering will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export & Import, Garments, Transport Management, Transport Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the company covered van and open trucks for export/import issues.
∎ Liaison with the Chittagong port authority to get the smooth export/import facility.
∎ Maintain proper inventory levels for all the required parts & components of vehicles.
∎ Prepare vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules as well as following up the schedules accurately.
∎ Review, reconcile the transportation cost, minimize cost, recommend cost effective transportation channel, and analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
∎ Keep records and prepare reports of all the important information such as driver information, travel logs & distance, fuel consumption, accidents & other incident details etc.
∎ Supervising the drivers regarding their duties and overall behaviors, overseeing their salary disbursement, and arranging other facilities as per their entitlements.
∎ Maintain liaison with third party transport service providers so that transport can be arranged in case of emergency.
∎ Taking proactive actions to ensure that all the vehicle related papers such as insurance, fitness, tax, registration papers are up to date.
∎ Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office; specially MS Excel.
∎ Must have good knowledge in vehicle spare parts, engine & overall transport related works.
∎ Candidates with experience of working in Garments industry will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
