Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA in any discipline/BSc/ MSc in Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering,
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect quotation/ Price offer/ PI from suppliers, Prepare CS and obtain Approval. Responsible for negotiate with suppliers relating to price, credit terms, quality, on time delivery and return policies for achieving best buy.
∎ Responsible for reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchase on time.
∎ Responsible person should explore new suppliers, vendors to enhance the product quality & services.
∎ Ensure delivery on time and action plan for all requisitions orders and follow-up regularly.
∎ Should be maintain format for urgent purchase Indent, purchase requisition, request for quotation, comparative statements, purchase order etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring on-time support specially Machine & spare parts/ Civil items in an efficient and cost-effective way.
∎ Assist in continuously evaluating performance for suppliers and maintain eligible list of reputed and capable supplier who do ethical business.
∎ To prepare the weekly & monthly purchase works report to Management.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior or Upper Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills and negotiation skills,
∎ Strong analytical and purchase skills,
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali,
∎ Should be honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
