Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA/ B. Sc. Eng./M.Sc./B.Sc./Masters (any discipline)
∎ Diploma in Engineering is also acceptable for vast experience candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly target.
∎ Relations maintain with the existing & create new clients (Managing Director, Chairman, Director Construction, Engineer, and Manager of the Corporate Office/Projects/Accommodation Sectors).
∎ Frequently field visit alone or with team member is mandatory.
∎ Preparing quotation, tender, sales analysis and other reports (daily, weekly, monthly) etc.
∎ Control & collect the credit management activities.
∎ Play vital role to increase the image of products & to enhance company image at any cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 01 years (Minimum) & Fresher also can apply for Executive.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Lift/Escalator/Generator/Sub-Station
∎ Gender: Male & female candidate allowed for applying.
∎ Communication skills: Excellent leadership and management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel Power Point and internet, providing better customer service by handling complains, winning attitude & willingness to take challenges.
Salary:
∎ 15,000/- taka for Fresher and salary negotiable only for experienced.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Commission, Mobile SIM bill, Conveyance and other facilities as per company policy.
