Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring outstanding service to the clients by changing working drawings as per their requirements as additional work.
∎ Co-ordination with the Architect, Structural Engineer and Procurement Department to convey the observations or comments of the clients on the products.
∎ Solution of any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
∎ Creating satisfied client eliminating unfavorable views towards the company.
∎ Maintain long term relationship by providing after handover services to our valued client & create references.
∎ Collect the statement of optional modification work from valued clients to satisfy their requirement .
∎ Preparation of Budget & Estimate for additional work.
∎ Supervision and Quality Control of Modification work at Finishing Stages.
∎ Handover of apartments and related documents to the clients and land owners.
∎ Handover the complex & project related documents to the common management Association.
∎ Smoothly handling During the Critical Situation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good Knowledge about computer literate.
∎ Must have relevant work experience in Real Estate company (Diploma - 5 years work experiences or B .Sc - 3 years work experiences) .
∎ Should be dynamic, proactive and service oriented.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Willing to visit frequently to different projects/ sites.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
