Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving the demand note from Project;
∎ Collect field measurement data and verify as per drawing and practical measurement;
∎ Communicate with project team and coordinate to amend the demand note;
∎ Will getting demand from project, justify quantity, study drawing and discussion with respective architect/designer;
∎ Preparing and finalizing BoQ and Specification for required works;
∎ Distributing Drawings, Technical Specification BoQ and other documents to the contractors for submitting the quotations;
∎ Contact / follow up to Contractors / Vendors for submission of quotation;
∎ Studying / Checking, Verifying and Comparing the rate of Labor, Material etc. in Market/ other Companies;
∎ Market Survey and Analysis the materials and labor rate;
∎ Collect specification for particular job and making company standard schedule of work;
∎ File preparing for CS and LCSC meeting;
∎ Coordinating the File Signing from different Signatories;
∎ Distributing Work Order and specification to contractors and site.
∎ Verify all related documents of a Contractor as per requirements;
∎ Coordinating the contractor evaluation process;
∎ Maintaining Data Entry for different Contractor's data;
∎ Suggesting a Shortlist of Contractors for a Particular Work;
∎ Any other job assigned by Head of the Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineer with minimum 04 years relevant experience or Diploma in Civil Engineer with minimum 8 years relevant experience.
∎ Experience of high rise projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, specially with project engineers.
∎ Clear perception about quality of construction works.
Salary: Negotiable
