Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparer preventive maintenance plan and also organize & monitor its execution.
∎ Maintenance & trouble shotting of all PLC based & distributed control systems of pharma process & utility Machineries.
∎ Maintenance & trouble shotting of all electric, electronic, and pneumatic instruments and systems of process & utility machineries.
∎ Prepare URS, Prepare technical & commercial evaluation document with proper justification for all the new machines.
∎ Prepare & update SOP for the preventive maintenance of all process & utility machineries.
∎ Spare parts consumption and pre4poare cost reduction plan.
∎ Installation, commissioning of all new process & utility machineries.
∎ Documentation according to the cGMP.
∎ Conduct different regulatory audit.

∎ Age at least 26 years
