∎ Understanding of CAD drawings.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and supervise Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across the factory.
∎ Ensure the adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during erection work.
∎ Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
∎ Oversee the work of all Engineering process- Substation, BBT, Generator, Air Compressor, HVAC, Washing Machine, Dryer Machine, Sewing machine, Auxiliary Machine, Elevators, Fire Detection System, Fire Protection System, Fire Doors.
∎ Supervision of periodic maintenance and troubleshooting on Floor machineries, Substation, compressor, Generator, HVAC, Solar System etc.
∎ Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure their optimal performance.
∎ Manage the installation, maintenance, repair and spare parts of Substation and Switchgear, BBT, Generator, Compressor in the factory.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair activities of workshop equipment, machinery, and tools.
∎ Facing RSC and Buyer Audit and follow up and completion the works as per Audit Requirement.
∎ Supervise the Fire Detection Installation Work, Monitor & Supervise the Pump Room Operation and general follow up of Fire protection, Hydrant & Sprinkler system.
∎ Train and educate employees on Electrical safety protocols and procedures.
∎ Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement processes to minimize downtime.
∎ Supervision of Electrician, Technicians and all subordinates.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of workplace safety issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
