Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out routine schedule electrical maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
∎ Diagnosis electrical breakdown problems.
∎ Planning and monitoring the electrical work progress and labor management of the project.
∎ To assist and mentor support staff in the fundamentals of Electrical design, calculations and preparation of construction documentation.
∎ Ensure quality of all electrical work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Coordination for materials delivery on time.
∎ Ensure the safety of the project.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in BNBC.
∎ Ability to understand any kind of electrical drawing for installation and erection for any electrical equipment like substation, generator etc.
∎ Should have experience in costing, preparing bill of quantity of materials of the project.
∎ The candidate must have experience in the Real Estate sector.
∎ Adequate skills in the MS office and Auto cad.
∎ Ability of work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
