Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage sea freight operations and customer service.
∎ All sort of Agent/ Customer communications i.e. queries, service and status update etc. related with sea export shipments.
∎ Handling of complete shipment files as assigned by supervisors starting from booking to invoicing.
∎ Shipment follow up and building appropriate relationship to all parties which is beneficial for the company.
∎ Any other job as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command (both writing & speaking) in English is must.
∎ Proficient in MS offices applications.
∎ Willingness to take challenges and ability to take stress in handling critical situations.
∎ Extrovert in attitude and team player.
∎ Ready to travel/ move as required.

Salary: Negotiable
