Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGDHRM / PGD in Social Compliance / LLB is preferable. Conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor rules and HR Policies specially related to Garments sector.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Higg FEM, SLCP, BSCI, WRAP, ISO, NIRAPON, RSC, Accord Alliance guidance will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently facing related Social, Security, Technical etc Audits
∎ Regular monitoring on compliance issues
∎ Preparing policies, SOP and its implementation
∎ CAP preparation and implementation
∎ Ensure NIRAPON 90 days program and preparing document as well Arranging regular training on relevant topics
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
