∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of doing all sorts of works related to Customs & Bond like preparing UP & completing permission process from Bond office.
∎ Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
∎ Should have Proper knowledge about LC (Letter of Credit).
∎ Communication by mail with customer & bank concern regarding Bangladesh Bank dash board issue.
∎ Doing Customs Related Work as per Dept. Head instruction.
∎ Communication with CS, CSTL, MKT, by mail & phone regarding different issue.
∎ Ensure validation/renewal of bonded warehouse license from Tax Commissioner's Office including indemnity and undertaking, etc.
∎ Must have sound knowledge with VAT, Board of Investment.
∎ Handle customs related all responsibilities, like yearly audit, General bond , H. S. Code formalities, Specially In-Bond - Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, New Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Bank inclusion & exclusion etc. NOC and to release indemnity bond, include new machine etc. Perform all the bond-related works proficiently and independently.
∎ To Prepare Utilization Permeation (UP) from respective authorities which are required to Export goods and monitor and follow up the taking of necessary approval from Customs for UP for the utilization of raw materials like yarn, accessories, dyes & chemical, wash, woven fabrics etc.
∎ Liaison with Banks, Bond Customs, BIDA, BTMA, BEPZA, EPB, BGMEA, VAT office, and all others required office.
∎ Any task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 04 years of experience in same position in any 100% export oriented Garments Accessories/Garments Industry.
∎ Must have experienced in Commercial / Supply Chain Management Department.
∎ Adequate experience to manage job independently.
∎ Having vast knowledge on all import/export procedure.
∎ The applicant must have well knowledge in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint with internet browsing, and good communication skill in both Bangle & English.
