∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial and Banking, Supply Chain Finance, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ NOA Receive, BG & PG Arrangement for different Govt. Purchase, Contract Document Preparation, LC Receive & Back-to-Back L/C Opening based on that
∎ Prepare different Purchase / Work Orders
∎ Time-to-time communication with worldwide different Manufacturers/Suppliers to Procure Goods
∎ Database maintain for proper monitoring & follow-up to ensure the Shipment of Goods on scheduled time
∎ Checking all Shipping Documents of Manufacturers/Suppliers to ensure the Error-Free Presentation
∎ Taking necessary action to release the Goods from Port & to deliver it to the End-Customer
∎ Prepare all necessary Documents & proceed to Claim the Payment based on the Contractual Payment Schedule
∎ Proper Follow-up to collect the Payment on time
∎ Willing to travel all over the Bangladesh
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in documentation
∎ Good in MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Ms-Power Point etc.)
∎ Good Analytical Ability
∎ Capable to work in a team, Self-motivated & have good Convincing Power
∎ Added Advantage Prior work experience in different Government Sector
Salary: Negotiable
