Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm. / B. Pharm. / MBA / BBA. Preferred PGD in SCM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost effective & quality purchasing of all Raw materials, Excipients, packaging materials, Gift items, Machinery & equipment form locally & abroad.
∎ Searching & sourcing of existing /new API, Excipients & Packaging materials from international market.
∎ All materials planning and procuring in accordance with the Sales and Production forecast.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of all raw, packaging, machinery, equipment & finished goods in accordance with the Sales forecast and Production planning.
∎ Performing procurement related administrative activities including management of approved vendor lists, request for quotations, price and term negotiations and follow up of order placed.
∎ Selection, development, enlistment, validation, and handling of all suppliers / vendors of all raw, Excipients, packaging & promotional materials, machinery & equipment through L/C.
∎ LC open related tasks and C & F and customs related affairs for clearing of imported materials.
∎ Prepare block list, price amendment, source validation related tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-to-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial/ Procurement and Supply Chain Management
∎ Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be considered as an advantage
∎ Skills in MS Office specially in MS Excel
∎ Drafting Skills in English & Bangla
∎ Communication and Negotiation Skill
