Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with buyers’ correspondence related to Import/Export
∎ Co-operate with shipping lines, forwarders, BOI, Customs, BEPZA and SLPA in related to Import/Export
∎ Monitor FOB values of pending orders against imports to identify short-term finance requirements on a monthly basis
∎ Handle, check and approve all payments and receivables relevant to imports/exports
∎ Ensure Risk assessment and prior initiative
∎ Review and Develop operational process flows
∎ Ensure all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations
∎ Ensure the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
∎ Receive Incoming materials, conduct inspections, and ensure quantity as packing list
∎ Ensuring storage of materials in a proper way
∎ Maintain Stock Report using software
∎ Provide regular reports on daily stock, monthly stock, delay, ageing, delivery etc.
∎ Generate various reports as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office/Excel
∎ Excellent communication skills
