∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Skill, Materials Controlling, Store and Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Develop and maintain software based system (ERP/Tally) for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
∎ Safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ To know about Chemical handling & inventory procedure.
∎ Follow up distribution of Finished Goods;
∎ Deliver finished goods according to delivery schedule; Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Ability to complete any other task which assign by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
