Job Context:
∎ We are looking for skilled and experienced people who knows inside out of International Call Center Industry as well as the BPO Industry [Including but not limited to KBPO, MCA (Potentially including Complete Application with all necessary Documents), Solar (both Direct Sales & Appointment Setting), Insurance (Auto, Health, Home), Property Preservation, Mortgage and Real Estate, Debt Consolidation, Credit Repair, Sales of Utility Product and Services like Gas, Water, Electricity Fibre Optic &/ Broadband Internet, Mobile, Land phone, Cable & DTH TV] and looking for a promising career over the years to come.
∎ The ideal candidate should be a Tele Sales/ Tele Marketing pro with experience in International Call Center and/ BPO, who are beyond shadow of doubt fluent in English.
∎ Applicant will have to Work @ OFFICE in Banasree/ Aftab Nagar/Rampura from Monday to Saturday 02:00 PM to 02:00 AM or 06:00 PM to 6:00 AM Bangladesh Time. Time could be changed by 1 hour depending on Campaign requirements.
∎ Your English should be sound enough to have a proper but lengthy and at the same time flawless conversation in English without any Supervision, Assistance and Intervention, driven to achieve goals. [No Exception]
∎ Applicant should be willing to/ commit to be employed with us for Long Term.[1 year at the least]
∎ Work Hour is 12 hours a day with a paid break of 1 Hour.
∎ For Sr. Executive - Business Development we have 10 positions.
∎ The no of vacancies are 15 for the position of Sr. Executive - Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant will have to make cold calls and make hard sales to customers in USA, Canada and UK under assigned campaign to sell particular product and service. Applicant should be passionate telemarketer with appetite for sales specializing in achieving sales target on an average daily, weekly &/ monthly basis.
∎ Applicant should be self-motivated and energetic to go above and beyond to achieve growth goals in a sustainable and result oriented way.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary 30,000/- per month is non-negotiable. Regular, punctual, professional and high preforming agents will have growth opportunity inside our organization to move up with career advancement.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Attendance Bonus and Transportation Allowance: 1000 tk each per month after 3 months of completion of continued service.
∎ Mobile Allowance and Medical Allowance: After 6 months of completion of continued service.
∎ Loan/ Advance on salary and/ Assistance for Tuition Fee : You will be eligible to receive this benefit after 6 months of completion of continued service to help you cover expenses of any unforeseen event or If you are a student and need some sort of assistance to cover your tuition fee.
∎ Health insurance & Festival Bonus: After 6 months of completion of continued service.
∎ Annual Bonus, Annual 2 weeks of Paid Holiday & Credit Card: Employees who maintain good record of attendance and above and beyond performance through out the year will receive 1 Annual Bonus equal to 1 month Salary, Annual 2 weeks of Paid Holiday & 1 Credit Card.
