Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Automobile engineering is mandatory.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Transport Management

Job Context:
∎ Candidate must have experience of working in Motor Workshops.
∎ Candidate must have valid license (motor bike & vehicles).
∎ Job Location: Tongi.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage transport operations including vehicle allocation management, everyday troubleshoot and operational support.
∎ Regularly communicate with the drivers and provide them company guidelines as and when needed.
∎ Maintain and check attendance of drivers.
∎ Prepare and update route plan according to the requirements.
∎ Response in situational hazards such as police cases and accidental issues.
∎ Update all the records related to the vehicles.
∎ Preserve all the important documents in order to maintain proper filling system so that information can be provided timely.
∎ Attend each grievance carefully and investigate properly & of required initiate disciplinary procedures as per law and company policies.
∎ Check all the vehicles documents to keep it updated.
∎ Monitor VTS, logbook, fuel bulls and other bills of vehicles submitted by the vendors.
∎ Communicate with automobile section for repairing issues.
∎ Initiate monthly report and submit it to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Maintain documents of vehicles & drivers of DMD house & arrange refueling those vehicles as & when required.
∎ Prepare and update documents regarding selling and purchasing company vehicle.
∎ Assist line manager in administrative works as and when instructed and becomes necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
