∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.·
∎ Lead the development of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement strategies.·
∎ Lead all activities of Local and Foreign procurement and prepare report for management.·
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing performance.·
∎ Identify strategic sourcing opportunities to optimize supplier selection, pricing and quality.·
∎ Develop and implement supplier evaluation process, including supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.·
∎ Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, quality standards and cost efficiencies.·
∎ Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels while minimizing carrying cost.·
∎ Coordinate with production teams to plan and schedule.·
∎ Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.·
∎ Guide team for transportation and logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and drive continuous improvement.·
∎ Conduct regular assessments of market trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
∎ Shams Engineering is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary engineering service provider in Bangladesh. Shams Engineering Focus on Water Management System such as (Sanitary, Plumbing, WTP, STP and ETP), Fire Detection & Protection Systems, and Basement Ventilation, Design & Implementation.
