∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations
∎ Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure accurate and on-time entry in Tally Software of all Raw Materials movement of the warehouse.
∎ Check opening stocks as per reports on a daily basis especially running items.
∎ Maintain each and every movement, inventory and stock of the store by using Tally Software.
∎ Conduct daily Cycle Counting & Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Verify all Raw materials the end of day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
∎ Ensuring maintenance of Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Methods.
∎ Arranging timely loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinating with others. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping, stock tracking, and data entry.
∎ Ensure MRR in software (Tally) & hand over to the Finance/Commercial department.
∎ Check Safety, Quality and Compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, Finance & necessary departments.
∎ Create Tally requisition of all kinds of Raw Materials item to meet smooth production and Operation.
∎ Verify all the incoming raw material according to store SOP/ISO Standard.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Team Leader and HOD.
