Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate from reputed Public & Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be part of the senior management for the eCommerce & courier business.
∎ Delivery management:
∎ Responsible for delivery management of new projects. Will work with multiple teams leads and managers to ensure on budget, on time delivery.
∎ Manage client expectations and communication.
∎ Manage quality control through effective processes and ensure compliance.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal systems and quality policies.
∎ Constantly identify opportunities for enhancing productivity using automation and process improvements.
∎ Pre sales support:
∎ Execute pilots for new project.
∎ Develop cost estimates and pitch decks to support the sales team.
∎ Team development:
∎ Mentor and train team leads and managers.
∎ Support the recruitment and training initiatives.
∎ Identify and incubate new offerings for eCommerce and evangelize them with existing clients.
∎ Setup team rostering & delivery schedule.
∎ Must have clear knowledge about delivery area of Dhaka city.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience minimum 3+ years in fleet management of handling the bikers
∎ Proven leadership and collaboration skills with experience effectively supervising, coaching and influencing employees
∎ Full stack delivery experience is mandatory.
∎ Experience in renowned organization will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication and time management skills
∎ Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Outstanding Knowledge about whole Dhaka city.
