∎ Job Location: ACI Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic & long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives and assist in developing project goals.
∎ Prepare and manage operating and capital budget and expenses.
∎ Monitor program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
∎ Recommend and take approval of funding and spending plans.
∎ Monitor occupants' satisfaction and handle manpower.
∎ Monitor construction and renovation projects and performance metrics.
∎ Monitor Handle, negotiate and process local and foreign vendors related tasks for all machines and equipment.
∎ Communicate with different organizations for assembly plant related documentations & approvals

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years experience in assembly.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
∎ Project Management skill.
∎ High Listening and Writing skill.
∎ High Social skill.
