Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare business plan of Category for all channels through extensive numerical analysis and justifications on monthly and yearly basis as per preset target.
∎ To make source wise buying plan (own, local and import) as per buying budget.
∎ To prepare season wise paper shoe line by following shoe line calendar and generating ideas from internet, magazines and competitors.
∎ To develop season wise product line in the assigned categories/brands through own, local and overseas supplier for retail channel.
∎ To finalize sample, fix MRP and negotiate cost with respective suppliers to ensure target margin objective.
∎ To organize Season wise shoe line meeting.
∎ To select articles with features for seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns.
∎ To prepare order book for advance material requisition to planning department.
∎ To prepare all sorts of PO for finished goods.
∎ Continuous follow-up with suppliers for timely receiving of finished goods.
∎ To prepare distribution plan based on product and store classifications and ensure the execution through retail channel.
∎ Ensure the availability of NOOSE articles in Top stores.
∎ To visit own factory and suppliers' factory.
∎ Frequent visit to the stores, CDC and local competitor market.
∎ To monitor day to day sale and stock performance at stores, and CDC level.
∎ To follow up regrouping and inter transfer of finished goods at store level.
∎ To forecast sales and re-order on time to ensure proper product replenishments.
∎ To identify slow movers and aging articles for sales actions.
∎ To follow up on time delivery of finished goods to any corporate or institutional customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Footwear Retail Merchandising
∎ Sports and Men's Summer Category Footwear Merchandisers will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
