Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Accounts, General Administration, Labour Law, Management, Office Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform & carryout day to day activities of Administration department.
∎ Act as a Point of Contact for Admin Department and liaison with internal and external stakeholders for delivering smooth administrative services.
∎ Manage administrative budgets and monitor operating expenses to reduce overall costs.
∎ Ensure Safety, Security and Safeguarding protocols across the organization & Support security department in their day-to-day activities.
∎ Supervise and induct support staffs and vendors as needed & Coordinate all facilities, activities, work direction, and support systems.
∎ Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information’s; identifying and communicating solutions.
∎ Maintain suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.
∎ Maintain & Conduct all foreign travel & VISA related issues of employees & Management.
∎ Organize meetings and meeting schedules for all departments & Ensure conference rooms and other meeting spaces are prepared prior to use.
∎ Manage office supplies and ensure best hygiene in the premise through continuous monitoring.
∎ Maintain the daily pool vehicle movements & make travel arrangements when needed for the employees & expatriates.
∎ Managing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies.
∎ Coordinate and monitor vendor's performance & evaluate plans for facilities executed by vendors.
∎ Report deficiencies and recommend areas for improvement of administration to management.
∎ Manage & Liaising with vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers and respond to any reactive maintenance and repair requirements.
∎ Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned by proper authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
∎ Excellent documentation skills

Salary: Negotiable
