Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Administration, Grievance Management, Liaison With Local Government, Public Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Legal compliance issues and update all licenses, returns and registers in line with existing rules and regulations of Bangladesh.
∎ Maintains liaison with local police and other govt institution.
∎ Maintenance of all relevant license and certification.
∎ Ensure facility and building maintenance with proper safety-security and cleaning management.
∎ Set effective strategy and guidelines to reduce different types of administrative cost such as, security, canteen, transport, office entertainment etc.
∎ Erasure best work relationships between management and employees.
∎ To ensure day to day security function in all respect and contractors' management.
∎ Ensures overall Safety & security of factory premises.
∎ Ensure all administrative supports like office services, travel services, accommodation, transport services and catering services towards the smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
