Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
∎ Preference will be given to the Candidates of Govt. Universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide direction and regularly review the safe and reliable operations of the power plant.
∎ Analysis of all trips and events. Prevention of the events in future with improved procedures and rectifications.
∎ To ensure the safe startup and shut down of the plant.
∎ Regularly review the planned outage of the plant to minimize downtime.
∎ Continue review work procedures to enhance safety and reliability of the plant.
∎ Bring up EHS concerns to the attention of EHS department.
∎ Be vigilant in the work area, identify and report to Plant Head about imminent dangers / hazards / concerns to environment, health and safety.
∎ Always follow the standard operation procedures and good EHS practices.
∎ Assist Plant Head on the issues of production & operation.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly operating report shall show information regarding plant efficiency, heat rate, lube oil consumption, fuel consumption, power outputs, scheduled/ unscheduled outage etc.
∎ Assist Plant Head in performing target setting in availability and efficiency of the plant.
∎ To prepare the shift assignments for operational personnel.
∎ Follow other jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 6-8 years in relevant field
