Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -Should have to visit door to door basis in industrial zone (Gazipur, Savar, Narsingdhi) along with other Industrial belts as well as Commercial projects to get more information from the very beginning of the project.
∎ -Should have to collect queries/information and should have to work for given target.
∎ -Assist in formulating Sales plans and budgets for all aspects of the business for the group main streams and manage execution of activity associated with those plans on time and within budget.
∎ -Assess needs for communications, promotions to deliver benefit to the business and the "brand" both above and below the line.
∎ -Managing all Sales for the company and activities within the Sales department.
∎ -Developing the Sales strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ -Co-ordinating Sales campaigns with sales activities.
∎ -Overseeing the company's Sales budget.
∎ -Creation and publication of all Sales material in line with Sales plans.
∎ - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ -Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
∎ -Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
∎ -Monitor and report on effectiveness of Sales & marketing communications.
∎ -Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
∎ -Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ -Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of Sales objectives·
∎ -Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company Sales.
∎ -Monitor (and report) ROI metrics for all Sales activity and spend. Provide required defined and requested reports to senior management, showing, where necessary, actions emanating from those reports.
