Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate the various aspects of process engineering, including planning and development.
∎ Installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, troubleshooting existing processes.
∎ To review existing data (also lab analysis) if more research and information need to be collated.
∎ To conduct root-cause analysis of any failure/defect and finding out the suitable solution for a particular defects/failure.
∎ To manage the cost and time constraints of projects.
∎ To prepare report, flowchart and process diagram.
∎ To ensure the analysis of record & make report for continuous improvement (lifetime, reliability, cost control)
∎ To ensure that the function operates in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
∎ To manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, best practice, added value and continuous improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have practical experience in cable, Brass, Tube processing related machinery.
∎ Should have electrical cable process related experience.
∎ Must have skill in drawing software Auto CAD/Solid works.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skill & self-motivated
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
Salary: Negotiable
