Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that all activities are appropriately sequenced and timed.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
∎ Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) to break down the project into manageable tasks.
∎ Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project specifications and drawings.
∎ Quantify and estimate the required materials, labor, and equipment for each component of the project.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to gather pricing information for accurate cost estimation.
∎ Estimate costs associated with materials, labor, equipment, and overhead to determine the overall project budget.
∎ Allocate resources efficiently based on project requirements and schedules.
∎ Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
∎ Generate regular reports detailing project progress, resource utilization, and any deviations from the plan.
