∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Solar project, Operation & Maintenance, installation, testing & commissioning

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Break down the service contract into daily , monthly , quarterly and yearly arrangements
∎ Solve the conventional issues
∎ Take preventive actions against potential issues
∎ Make timely and regular reports according to owner's requirements
∎ Negotiate with the third parties if needed
∎ Lead the whole O&M team manage the staff members.
∎ Ensure proper installation, erection, commission, and maintenance.
∎ Ensure daily operational maintenance, major maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ Proper knowledge of electrical Solar system.
∎ Develop an effective plan and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
∎ Maintain daily maintenance report, safety spare parts stock report, and PR analysis report.
