Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day Sales of Fast & Slow Moving Spare Parts of Generator
∎ Client Visit, Client Hunt, Create Market Opportunity
∎ Prepare Marketing and Sales Strategy
∎ Plan and conduct Direct Marketing Activities
∎ Make sales calls to new and existing clients
∎ Respond to sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person
∎ Quotation Preparation, Submission & Follow-up for achieving the Order
∎ Follow up customer for Credit Recovery and TAX, VAT challan collection
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports and submit on time to management.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship
∎ Monitor Market Competitors
∎ Define ambitious annual sales goals together with the management and fulfill or over achieve the sales target.
∎ Weekly, Quarterly, Monthly, reporting of all relevant matters to the management as required.
∎ Ensure Sales Deed on behalf of the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience : Sales of Spare Parts of Industrial Generator
∎ Good convincing ability
∎ Candidates having experience of Generator & Sub-Station sales will be an added advantage.
∎ Conversant with MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Fluent in both Bangla & English
∎ Self-Motivated
∎ Team player

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Incentive
