Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Booking.
∎ PO collects.
∎ Prepare weekly export schedule.
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Bank Permission (EXP), Bepza Permission (EP).
∎ Export doc send to C&F and follow up with C&F, Forwarder & Carrier unto ETD.
∎ Prepare AWBL-Currier, BL draft.
∎ Submit ISF, SI to Forwarder.
∎ BL checking & confirm.
∎ Prepare weekly Export status and send to all concern after cargo release.
∎ Prepare Monthly Export Statement.
∎ Collect Export doc from C&F and maintain filing system.
∎ After Procced come at Bank all EXP duplicate reporting in Bangladesh Bank site.
∎ Follow up overall Export.
∎ Complete other tasks assign by top management.
∎ Follow-up material progress.
∎ Collecting PI for opening L/C, TT, RTGS by collaborating with commercial department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
