Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's / Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For foreign buying house.
∎ Follow up vessel schedule with freight forwarder as per customer requirement.
∎ Communicate with the forwarder for execution of export cargo properly.
∎ To check all shipping documents (export) with the shipment notice before sending to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring every export cargo after release from the factory till arrive at forwarder depot after leaving the vessel then need to arrange necessary documents to update customer.
∎ Follow up every shipments CUT OFF time not missing at any circumstances.
∎ Follow up shipments till ETA at the customers end.
∎ Check export statement every day.
∎ For any import, after receiving container loading details from China HQ and India check carefully every items, whether the items can import as per customs SRO and ensure customs clearance procedure smoothly.
∎ Ensure import container release and in house within soonest possible time with best effort.
∎ Check import container status every day.
∎ Check all local documents of trims and accessories supplier.
∎ Follow up every day with the factory for back to back LC open.
∎ Follow up with the factory until releasing the all supplier document accept as well as bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Communication, Computer skill must be well
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments and buying house.
∎ Must good knowledge about foreign banking system in Bangladesh oriented of garments buying house work, customs law & custom procedure.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2.
∎ As per Company Policy.
