Job Context:
∎ Looking for a dynamic, competent & skilled personnel for the vacant position;
∎ Only apply Govt. Poly-technique engineers who obtained minimum CGPA 3.50;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solving Pedrollo marketed all type of Product/Pump related problems by visiting customer's site according to service call.
∎ Maintain close relationship with Pedrollo Dealer, Retailer & Corporate Clients to solve their problems according to zone.
∎ Ensuring supply of all printed material for Pedrollo Service Center, Associate service center, outdoor technicians and self use.
∎ Supervise the work of Pedrollo Associate Service Center.
∎ Ensuring spare parts for Pedrollo Service Center, Associate Service Center, out door technicians and self use.
∎ Justify customer's warranty claim as per warranty policy for providing spare parts free of cost with maintain proper document;
∎ Monitoring and ensure presence every service call ticket of Associate Service Center and outdoor technician daily basis
∎ Encourage customer about Pedrollo helpline 16308
∎ Ensure all indoror service from service center;
∎ Attend monthly case study meeting to discuss over important & critical issues of support service;
∎ Ensuring use of proper tools and instruments by our technicians, service center and associate service center;
∎ Maintain & check up all document of service center (Pump receiving memo, estimation, online bill, final test report, customer service report form etc.)
∎ Any other task assigned by Department Head and Management .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motor control and field level experience.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Motor cycle driving L/C holder given preference,
∎ Good team leading ability.
